Rates start at $50/hr for community non-profit groups; $125/hour for private events.

1000 - 1500 sq ft of multipurpose meeting space featuring:
•Two indoor connected yet separate spaces totalling 1000 sq. ft. 
• 1,000 sf space to use for:
- conference or catered lunch seating (up to 24- 30)
- presentation seating (up to 60 may apply)

• Double doors with ramp leading directly to 2500 sq ft lawn, a small park and beach
- indoor or park play space (corn hole, ping pong table, croque sets provided)
• 100 yard direct access to public beach
• Low tide access to Gerry's Island

The space is available for events, performances, presentations, meetings, gatherings, trainings, exhibits, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, casual rehearsal dinner parties; any group looking for a space that exudes relaxation, rejuvenation, wellness and fun!
