Year round indoor storage with direct access to the best launch spot in Marblehead. Convenience and ease-of direct water access = more fun and on-water time! Anytime access during the on-water season. Off-season indoor storage all year long!

Private Storage includes: 

• your own designated indoor rack space

• hose for rinsing off 

• bathroom facilities 

• parking 

• SUP owners may store up to 2 boards per rack, based on availability)
• numbered restricted key for access at your convenience during the on-water season* (with refundable $500 security deposit)
* on-water season is when the combined air and water temperature combined is reliably over 100 degrees per U.S. Coast Guard Paddle Smart Guidelines

Requirements:

Your small watercraft must meet these size requirements:

Max weight: 70 lbs; Max width: 33'; Max Length: 18’; Min Length: 8’. Max. Height: 17". Two SUPs permitted/rack. 

• You must be able to rack it yourself.

•  Over-size vessels may be accommodated on space available basis with surcharge: $100/ft or inch length/height

• Payment by personal checks and cash only. All storage users must agree and sign the Liability Waiver.

Year Round Storage Rates*: May 30, 2022 - May 29, 2023 (no pro-rated rates; no refunds)

Regular Racks: $935 holds 1 kayak or 2 SUPs
Bottom Racks: $975  limited quantity; holds heavier small craft
$1400 Top Racks: limited quantity: holds up to 3 SUPs or 1 kayak + 2 SUPs

*NOTE: $500 Refundable Deposit required for Any time Numbered Restricted Access Key.
A separate form & check are required.  This takes place once your private rack space is secured.
Deposits are held in escrow until assigned key is returned to LHB.
